How telephony works in Fiscova.

Fiscova telephony is not a single feature but two clearly separate modules. Which variant your firm activates — or whether you use both in parallel — is entirely your decision.

FISCOVA MAILBOX

Fiscova Mailbox

Fiscova provides your practice with a dedicated phone number — this is the only technically possible way to operate the service. Calls to that number are answered by the bot, which speaks with the client, captures the request, deadline, callback wish, and document reference, then creates a structured task. No call is lost, not even outside office hours.

FISCOVA TRANSCRIPTION

Fiscova Transcription

Here too, you receive a dedicated Fiscova number from us. The conversation takes place between your team member and the client — the Fiscova number listens passively, transcribing and structuring in the background: summary, to-dos, client assignment, file note — finished before you hang up.

You receive a dedicated phone number from us that our bot runs on.

Both variants can be combined — for example, Fiscova Transcription during the day for active advisory calls, and Fiscova Mailbox in the evenings and at weekends for fully automated first intake.

WhatsApp — via the official route.

Practice communication on WhatsApp exclusively via the official Meta Cloud API. Client opt-in is documented within the system.

Connection via the official Meta Cloud API — no third-party route, no unofficial apps. Messages are pulled into Fiscova, drafted in Fiscova and sent from the Fiscova product.

CALENDAR

Appointments and preparation in one place.

Whenever a meeting is agreed during communication, a calendar entry is created immediately — with client reference and availability check.
